AP 2D Art & Design Portfolio Exam Contract – Francis Tuttle

This form is for Francis Tuttle Technology Center students who have elected to take an AP exam at Francis Tuttle for the 2020-2021 school year. Please read the information carefully and complete the form.

- Complete this form before 10/23/2020. A copy of this form will be emailed to you when you submit it.
- Do I have to pay to submit my portfolio? Only students who have had an exam paid for by Francis Tuttle previously will have to pay for their exam. Deadline to pay is 3/1/2021. Print a copy of this form to take to the Rockwell Bookstore on campus if you are paying for an exam ($95).
- What happens if I decide not to submit my portfolio next Spring? Given this year’s unusual circumstances and to support students in making their Exam registration decisions in the Fall, in 2020-2021 only, there will NOT be an unused/cancelled exam fee and students who paid will be eligible for refunds if they decide not to test.
- What happens if I don’t register now but later decide that I want to submit my portfolio? Exams ordered AFTER 10/23/20 WILL incur a late order fee of $40 per exam (in addition to the base cost.)

- 2D Art & Design portfolios are due to your instructor by April 19 at 4:00 PM.
- Last day to have portfolios submitted by your school is Friday, May 7, 2021 – 3:00 PM local time.
